Assessments
CorpTalk provides a broad range of assessment options, each of which is accompanied by analysis, integrated feedback and an action plan. Simply click on the assessment(s) you would like to take and you will be connected to CorpTalk and will receive a link to these assessments within two business days. A CorpTalk coach will contact you to review the results with two business days of your completion of all of the assessments for which you´ve registered.
ASSESSMENTS
  • MBTI Step II (Myers Briggs Type Indicator): An in depth, personalized description of your personality preferences. It helps you become aware of your particular style and better understand and appreciate the helpful ways that people differ from one another. Results include applying Step II to Communicating, Making Decisions, Managing Change and Managing Conflict.
  • TKI (Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument): Designed to assess an individual´s behavior in conflict situation. It is used to better understand and enhance your conflict-handling style when under pressure.
  • CPI: Helps you better understand your preferences, attitudes and behaviors in key dimensions of management and leadership. It will help you capitalize on your strengths, target areas for further development, set goals and plan action steps.
  • Team Dimensions Profile 2.0: Identifies key roles that people perform in group settings. This profile describes your preferred role and explores its strengths and challenges. You will discover what you do best in a team atmosphere, and you will gain valuable insight into your work habits. In addition, when done as a team, you will learn about other team members´ contributions, the value that they bring to the process, and how to work most effectively together.
  • EQ Multi-Rater Feedback Instruments: 360 and 180 feedback surveys identify opportunities to leverage your strengths and close gaps based on data collection and input from others including your manager, colleagues, peers and reports.
  • Career Anchors: This questionnaire was developed by Edgar Schein, a leader in the field of career and professional studies, and is designed to help reveal what you really want out of a career. It takes just 10 to 15 minutes to complete and the results are immediate.
