CorpTalk worked closely with the leader of this (45-person) global team from its inception through its full integration into the Global R&D and Regional Commercial organizations. Highlights of the engagement included:
- Coached the director in creating and leading a global, multi-cultural team, including creating and calibrating complex stakeholder strategies
- Designed and led offsite team launch and ongoing assimilation to leverage diverse styles, technical expertise, political sensitivities and market insights
- Initiated and led development of Team Charter resulting in focused direction, convergence of deliverables, internal branding and stronger working relationships
- Facilitated team-building for dispersed team with geographic and functional matrix; resulting in a highly-integrated, agile and matrixed team
