OUR TEAM
Maria Seddio, MA
President
Maria Seddio is an executive coach and organizational development consultant who works closely with senior leaders and their organizations to define and put into practice a self-managed model for growing and sustaining their businesses. She utilizes a strengths-based, solution-focused model that draws on the expertise and natural resilience of people collaboratively working within the context of the business. She introduces systems-thinking principles and the concept of conversation as a core business process to focus on the invisible "architecture of talk" that supports every business and change initiative. Maria has managed large scale cultural change and M&A integration projects for major clients, assuring that an optimal mix of innovation and execution is achieved.
As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Maria believes that aspects of Family Therapy can be used to help organizations and businesses solve complex problems and build sustainable models for growth. For over a decade, Maria researched and field tested these intersectional ideas (by combining elements of Family Therapy with those of Organizational Development), resulting in sponsorship from a number of companies and business leaders and the development of CorpTalk's proprietary model and the My Coach program. Maria is known for her ability to help others work through complex and often difficult circumstances with positive energy, thoughtfulness and a persistent sense of optimism.
