This twelve-month program consists of:
- A personal welcome to the program, with full program explanation and launch steps
- Four introductory modules explaining the goals of the program
- 18 self-directed coaching modules targeting six major areas:
(1) General Business Knowledge
(2) Executing on Your Role
(3) Building Relationships
(4) Communicating for Impact
(5) Developing Leadership Skills
(6) Mobilizing and Managing Knowledge - CorpTalk´s customized intake survey to help the coach assess the participant´s current situation and increase effectiveness of the intake coaching session (below)
- A series of live telephone coaching sessions in which the coach gets to know the participant, provides a Personalized Learning Path to guide him/her in proceeding through the program, and checks on progress
- The CorpTalk Toolkit, which provides key thinking and organizing tools for executing the program and keeping track of progress
- Key interactions along the way: periodic coach pulse checks, and experience enhancers and technical support
