This twelve-month program consists of:
- A personal welcome to the program, with full program explanation and launch steps
- 13 self-directed coaching modules targeting seven major areas:
(1) Deciding what to pursue
(2) Creating a powerful resume
(3) Marketing yourself
(4) Interviewing with confidence
(5) Negotiating an offer
(6) Getting off to a great start - CorpTalk´s customized intake survey to help the coach assess the participant´s current situation and increase effectiveness of the intake coaching session
- A series of live telephone coaching sessions in which the coach gets to know the participant, provides a Personalized Learning Path to guide him/her in proceeding through the program, and checks on progress
- The CorpTalk Toolkit, which provides key thinking and organizing tools for executing the program and keeping track of progress
- Key interactions along the way: periodic coach pulse checks, and experience enhancers and technical support
