Provides everything an individual needs to know and do in order to be successful in a changing industry, environment or role and throughout all stages of his/her career life cycle.

This twelve-month program consists of:

  • A personal welcome to the program, with full program explanation and launch steps
  • Four introductory modules explaining the goals of the program
  • 18 self-directed coaching modules targeting six major areas:

  • 1)  General Business Knowledge
    2)  Executing on Your Role
    3)  Building Relationships
    4)  Communicating for Impact
    5)  Developing Leadership Skills
    6)  Mobilizing and Managing Knowledge

  • CorpTalk´s customized intake survey to help the coach assess the participant´s current situation and increase effectiveness of the intake coaching session (below)
  • A series of live telephone coaching sessions in which the coach gets to know the participant, provides a Personalized Learning Path to guide him/her in proceeding through the program, and checks on progress
  • The CorpTalk Toolkit, which provides key thinking and organizing tools for executing the program and keeping track of progress
  • Key interactions along the way: periodic coach pulse checks, and experience enhancers and technical support

Provides everything a team needs to assimilate or re-energize quickly, engage all of its members, and achieve its individual and collective best. This six month program consists of:

  • An initial team assessment to measure baseline engagement, ability to communicate, and clarity of direction
  • A personal welcome to the program, with full program explanation and launch steps
  • CorpTalk´s customized intake survey to help the coach assess and optimize the participant's strengths particularly as they relate to team collaboration
  • Four introductory modules explaining the goals of the program
  • Ten online e-learning modules targeting five major areas:

  •        1)  Executing on Your Role
           2)  Building Relationships
           3)  Communicating for Impact
           4)  Developing Leadership Skills
           5)  Mobilizing and Managing Knowledge

  • A series of live telephone one-on-one coaching sessions in which the coach gets to know the participant, provides a Personalized Learning Path to guide him/her in proceeding through the program, and checks on progress
  • Three customized webinars to target areas of greatest need and/or importance
  • Access to the CorpTalk Team Toolkit, which provides key thinking and organizing tools for executing the program and keeping track of progress

MyAssessments™ — Diagnostics For Coaching

Program Overview
CorpTalk provides a broad range of assessment options, each of which is accompanied by analysis, integrated feedback and an action plan.

  • MBTI Step II (Myers Briggs Type Indicator): An in depth, personalized description of your personality preferences. It helps you become aware of your particular style and better understand and appreciate the helpful ways that people differ from one another. Results include applying Step II to Communicating, Making Decisions, Managing Change and Managing Conflict.

  • TKI (Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument): Designed to assess an individual´s behavior in conflict situations. It is used to better understand and enhance your conflict-handling style when under pressure and is useful when used by teams to strengthen conflict management within the team.

  • CPI: Helps you better understand your preferences, attitudes and behaviors in key dimensions of management and leadership. It will help you capitalize on your strengths, target areas for further development, set goals and plan action steps.

  • Team Dimensions Profile 2.0: Identifies key roles that people perform in group settings. This profile describes your preferred role and explores its strengths and challenges. You will discover what you do best in a team atmosphere, and you will gain valuable insight into your work habits. In addition, when done as a team, you will learn about other team members´ contributions, the value that they bring to the process, and how to work most effectively together.

  • EQ Multi-Rater Feedback Instruments: 360 and 180 feedback surveys identify opportunities to leverage your strengths and close gaps based on data collection and input from others including your manager, colleagues, peers and reports.

  • Career Anchors: This questionnaire was developed by Edgar Schein, a leader in the field of career and professional studies, and is designed to help reveal what you really want out of a career. It takes just 10 to 15 minutes to complete and the results are immediate.

  • Strong Interest Inventory: This highly personalized report paints a clear picture of how your specific interests and preferences link to various jobs, work settings, and career fields.
